Attitude, Insanity or Tattoo Removal

Removal Cause of Bad Tattoos?

Hillary Clinton joins Democrats in bad descisionIs it attitude, impulse, or insanity that’s the driving force behind the tattoo mania in America?  Or, could tattoo removal  be at fault?

The tattoo business is at an all time high, with a rising number of Americans getting first time tattoos.  But do these new tattoo fad followers really know what they are doing?  A simple observation with one’s eyes shut is –No. Obviously not!

Call it a “craze” or a “fad”, either way it is a fact– tattoos are surfacing on skin at an obnoxious rate, and regret and tattoo removal are close behind.

Tattoo removal is a thriving business, especially here in the U.S. with mayhem of celebrity trend followers getting tattoos without realizing the reality of vandalizing their skin with ink.

The growing business of tattoo removal however isn’t a fix for this problem.  Advances in tattoo removal are removing the threat of tattoo disasters, making the permanent consequences of a bad tattoo decision short-lived.

But all this “undoing of bad ink” isn’t decreasing the number of bad tattoos; it actually has more people out getting their skin tattooed away.

According to a Harris Poll study, tattoo statistics showed Democrats having more tattoos than Republicans.  If the reigns of the United States are turned back over to the donkeys it will be all the better for the herds of physician elephants ready to feed off their thriving laser tattoo removal businesses.

Brief Appearance of Michael Phelps Tattoos

michael phelps tattooWith Michael Phelps’s astonishing 8 Gold Medal Performance in Beijing, China there is no doubt this swimming celebrity ledge will be returning to a floodgate of loyal adoring fans.

Matt Lauer, the producers, and cast of the NBC Today Show went to great lengths to reveal every detail of Michael Phelps’s fantastic story.  NBC’s coverage included up close and personal interviews with Michael, his family, and several of his USA swimming teammates.  In fact, the world even got a glimp at Phelps’s very private tattoos.

Michael’s tattoos, barley visible throughout his performances managed to literally make a “brief” appearance, as Phelps sported a regular Speedo suit.

The “M” tattoo represents The University of Michigan, and the Olympic Rings represent Phelps’s passionate pursuit and amazing journey to his goals.

After nearly 12 days in China Michael Phelps returns home to the USA with (tune of the Twelve Days of Christmas)
8 Gold Olympic Medals
A roster of new world records
And two tattoos in his swimming trunks.

So what’s next for Michael Phelps a new tattoo of his Gold Medals?  Fans can surely bet this athlete will never experience tattoo regret or look into tattoo removal

Tattoo Blogs

cellulite tatttoo don’tToday, in my daily quest to find interesting and unique perspectives on the art of tattooing, I happened across this tattoo blog .   And, oh what a find! Tattoo Blog.org is a site busting with images of undeniably some of the most idiotic examples of real tattoo regret.Literally, some of the worst tattoos ever, are uploaded here for all eyes to see. From the idiotic brand logo name tattoos, Spiderman comic book hero tattoos, to the ever so classy tattoo of Atlas holding a woman’s breast bolder.  And this doesn’t even touch the tip of tatt images depicting human acts of stupidity, and the promise of future tattoo removal. So, if you are a tattoo wanna-b or know one out there, who is wondering what purpose tattoo blogs serve, point these peps to this tattoo site for a critical lesson on “What Not to Tattoo.”  Please remember to “THINK BEFORE INK” and whatever you do “DON’T DRINK AND INK.”  These are words of advice I sometimes think maybe a bit over stated; but then I come across pictures of tattoos like these, and think “NOT.”

Is celebrity skin helping shed social stigma of tattoos?

david-beckham-tattoos1.jpgDavid Beckham arm and back tattoosDavid Beckham arm and back tattoosAs celebrities like David Beckham show off their body art, the popularity of the once-maligned tattoo increases.  This should come as no surprise, since we all know celebrities are the unconventional dictators of fashion, so it only makes sense celebrity tattoos are shedding social stigmas on body art.
